Currently we use Australia Post Parcel Postage services. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Typically your order will be shipped within 1-3 days. All parcels come with tracking number, you will be notified via email when your parcel has been shipped.

 

Australia

For parcels under 5kg, shipping is calculated at checkout based on total weight of the items purchased. Parcels between 5-10Kgs have a charge of $25.

 

New Zealand

Shipping is charged from 500g (0.5kg) increments up to a total weight of 5kg. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. If you require additional services such as signature on delivery or sms tracking please get in contract before check out.

Turn around times

Standard Parcel post is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time up to 10 business days for rural areas or interstate deliveries.

 

Digital Downloads

No shipping cost is applied to digital items. Once payment has been received the digital file will be automatically emailed to your chosen address. If there is any issues with the accessing the file please contact us and we’ll resolves this ASAP.
