Shipping policy

We currently use Australia Post Parcel Postage services. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Typically your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. 

All parcels come with tracking number, you will be notified via email when your parcel has been shipped.

Free Standard Shipping applies for orders over $200 to Australian (domestic) shipping locations only.

Free shipping is not in conjunction with any other discount offer.

 

AUSTRALIA (Domestic)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on total weight of the items purchased. If you require additional services such as sms tracking or insurance please get in contract before check out. At check out, signature on delivery is available, this is an additional $2.95 charge to the shipping fee of standard or express postage options.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Parcels under 1kg a standard $12 shipping fee applies.

Parcels between 1kg to 3kg a standard $18 shipping fee applies.

Parcels between 3kg to 5kgs a standard $25 shipping fee applies.

For parcels larger than 5kgs, please get in touch for a shipping quote.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Parcels under 1kg a standard $16 shipping fee applies. 

Parcels between 1kg - 3kg a standard $24 shipping fee applies.

Parcels between 3kg - 5kgs a standard $30 shipping fee applies.

 

NEW ZEALAND

Standard International Shipping is calculated at checkout based on total weight of the items purchased. 

If you require additional services such as sms tracking, signature on delivery or additional coverage please get in contract before check out.

 

USA

We currently ship to all states, using Australia Post’s International standard shipping service. Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout dependant on weight. Duty tax/ tariffs are included and listed at checkout.

 

REST OF WORLD

We currently ship UK and Canada using Australia Post’s International standard shipping service. Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout dependant on weight. 

Duty taxes/ VAT are not collected, please note that your local customs authority may apply taxes or duties.

 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

No shipping cost is applied to digital items. Once payment has been received the digital file will be automatically emailed to your chosen address. If there is any issues with the accessing the file please contact us and we’ll resolves this ASAP.
