Hemp braided string

Hemp is a natural, considered to be one of the strongest amongst other natural fibres, making it a durable fibre for many projects. Hemp fibres are chemical free and eco friendly and contain antibacterial properties. Like Nettle, it requires little water or protection from pests and diseases to grow making it environmentally friendly.

This Natural wild hemp braided string is approximately 2mm thick and can be used in a variety of projects or simply as a thin rope. The string is braided from three regular strands of hemp yarn. 

This yarn is fair trade product, hand spun in Nepal.

Each ball approx: 2mm thick, 85 - 90 meters long
