Nettle Fabric

Himalayan nettle also called Allo, is cultivated from the stem of the nettle plant. It requires little water or protection from pests and diseases to grow making it environmentally friendly in comparison to other plant fibres. Another advantage, Nettle fibre will soften with more washes.

This 100% Himalayan nettle fabric is hand loomed. It is thick and suitable for bags, accessories or home textile items.
