Hemp bag - Crochet Pattern

A straightforward bag that you can pick up and put down, the ideal travel or beginners project. 

It will be well worth the time to fall in love with the raw unique texture and colour variation of the natural hand spun hemp. A sturdy everyday bag, its strength and durability will make this a staple bag.

If the hemp is challenging on your hands this pattern can easily be adapted to an alternate yarn.

• 4.5mm Crochet Hook
• Himalayan hand spun hemp - approx 380g used
• 10.8m of 5mm cotton macrame rope for handles
  

Note: Hand spun Hemp varies in gauge, the ply used in this pattern is equivalent to DK weight.
