Hand crafted Wooden Needles

These handcrafted wooden needles are a beautiful, functional tool for basketry, weaving, and other fibre crats. Made from locally foraged fallen branches, each needle is individually shaped and finished to highlight the unique grain and character of the wood it came from.

With a smooth, tung oil coated surface, tapered tip, and a generous eye (2- 4mm wide and 5- 8mm long), these needles are perfect for threading natural fibres, raffia, or cord with ease.

Lengths and thicknesses vary, just as each branch does—no two are the same. Each needle is a one-of-a-kind creation, a small piece of nature shaped by hand and ready to become part of your making process.
